Nature Strip - mother-nature besieged and surrounded by the urban sprawl...
laid bare and rendered vulnerable? Or perhaps not...
In this show, Hardy & Strong have journeyed to the outskirts of the urban collective and beyond. Whether it be the solitary strip of sand and shrubbery that lies along the coastline, or the depths of a forest-scape, the focus has been on the interaction between humankind and nature. Hardy & Strong explore the designs and motivations one may have upon the other in the increasingly polarised struggle for coexistence.
